Layaway terms · 20% retained if the plan ends

If you cancel your layaway or it expires, FSH keeps 20% of the merchandise total as a restocking fee and to cover the loss of a sale while the items were held for your layaway. Verified payments above that retained deposit are refundable. You have 60 calendar days from deposit verification to pay in full. No interest, late fees, or automatic charges. Items are reserved only after FSH verifies your deposit and are released to you only after full payment, including shipping.

Shipping is included in your balance and must also be paid before release. Later payments are at least $5; your exact final payment may be smaller.
